Marko Lukych Kropyvnytskyi was one of the founders of Ukrainian “Coryphae Theater”. That was the name of the theater groups directed by that prominent person. His performances were given on the stages of many cities across the Russian Empire, and even in the Mariinskyi Theater in Saint Petersburg. The acting was highly acknowledged by the members of the royal family. Kropyvnytskyi and Mariia Zankovetska were even invited to play in the Imperial Theater, but they refused. As for his personal life, Marko Kropyvnytskyi found comfort only in his declining years. Find out about the story of the second marriage of the famous actor and director, and of his last roles in theater – in the documentary series “The Game of Fate” by VIATEL Studio narrated by Natalka Sopit.
