After the war, Serhii Koroliov was engaged in scientific work in the space industry and rehabilitated. His wife and daughter joined him in Germany, where he worked in the research institute examining the captured rocketry. But it was impossible to bring back their family happiness after the long years of separation. Later, his daughter Nataliia did not accept his second wife, Nina Kostienkova.
